TYDAL Product Reviews App

So Far So Good.

The system is easy to use, and my experience with regard to the customer support has proven very good. They are quick to respond, and matters get delt with swiftly. I was assisted by Sam ( he has been a great help ).

The support team on this app has been shockingly helpful. I've not gotten to test the app itself yet as much as I'd like to to give a comprehensive review, but if its anywhere near as good as their support team I find it hard to believe it'll be bad.

Sam was an enormous help! My review widget wasn't on in my shop and his directions were extremely easy and clear. I thought, better than any of the other chats. It is up and running now, thank you!

TYDAL Product Reviews has been so helpful for us in the end that it eliminates time constraints by collecting the reviews automatically, is very simple to use, and encourages customers to participate through its response function. Any business should purchase this app without any doubts.

Sam was amazing. He helped me with my question and even put in my suggestions to the proper teams. He helped me find new apps and gave me suggestions to improve my website as well. 10/10 would love to have Sam again!
