This app is great for my online store. It does everything I need it to.

I have updated my review after carefully consideration and help received from support team. Initially thought issue with apps and was not importing reviews from Amazon later reported to apps team and received excellent support. Even support team keep follow up with updates. I think this app is very good, you can add reviews and questions, add account installation, thank you for your free use.

We've had Rivyo for awhile and like how you can hide reviews from the website. We just put a new theme on our Shopify website, and Rivyo helped to make sure that the reviews were showing up properly on the product pages!
