とにかく、サポートが迅速で素晴らしいです。

現行のレビューアプリから移行する必要があったので、こちらを選びました。
日本語には対応してなく、移行時に旧アプリからレビューを移す際にCSVファイルを上手く読み込まないというエラーが出ましたが、素晴らしいサポートでクリアすることができました。

無料でも十分レビューアプリとして機能しますし、追加機能やデザイン変更をしたければ有料に切り替えることもできます。
完全に設定するにはもう少しですが、問題なく運用できそうです。

Love it!! If you need to change the review section to show up in your store, just open the app and use the chat function, there will be an angel coming out to support you! I don't like mine so I try to use the online support chatting to reach their people, and they fix my problem in 5 minutes!!!! That's amazing!

This is the best review app I have ever used, I used Yotpo before and subscribed for a long time but it was very hard to use, then I came across this gift from God and it is a miracle, I would recommend it to everyone.

Had a problem on my webshop not showing the reviews. Contacted support and they solved the problem within 1 day. Great service and great app!

I have installed and compared several other review apps and I think this is the most cost-effective app. If I have any questions about setting up the app, I can contact customer support and get the right answers right away. Also, even if you don't have advanced programming skills, customer support will take care of editing the code for free as long as it is within their scope of support.
