Our experience with Roster has been great. There was a small learning curve in the beginning, but the team was always available and extremely helpful. The platform makes it easy to manage our ambassador program across the US and Canada and keep everything consistent. I also love that we can tap into our purchasers and turn them into ambassadors, especially with the seamless Shopify integration. It’s made our program more organized, scalable, and engaging.
We've been using Roster for a year and have had great experience with our support team, who are always happy to answer any questions or get on a call. The Actions are super intuitive and makes is easy for ambassadors to earn rewards. The simplicity of paying our ambassadors through Venmo or PayPal has been great. We've had just a couple 'wants' that have not been possible, but other than that, the switch has been seamless!
Roster has streamlined our application process and given us clearer insight into our metrics, which has made tracking performance and managing payouts much easier. The platform's campaign tools have helped us engage and incentivize our ambassadors more effectively than anything we've used before.
