Everyone needs route! Route has helped tremendously in dealing with lost packages from USPS. It was super easy to install and the Route customer support team has been really hands on in supporting our customer service agents. Get Route, reduce the shipping headache!

Our company uses the Route Package Protection as a default add on for our customers orders. It has been a great service that has resolved many shipping issues and provides peace of mind to not only the customers but to us as well. Our representative, Robert, is always very helpful to us in resolving matters. Absolutely no complaints on this part of Route Services. However, we have been experiencing issues with international customers tracking their order on the Route App. I am still giving 5 stars here since not everything can be perfect all the time and I hope they will get whatever bug that is occurring resolved soon. Thanks Route!

This app has completely eliminated our international shipping risk. Best app & people behind it are solid with support.
Pretty great for what it does. We haven't had any issues with it really and our customers really seem to like it. We've only seem one or two actual claims come through but both were handled quickly and the customers were happy!
Very solid, always looks for solutions and response time and resolution has gotten much quicker since we started! We have a really fabulous rep, Katie, who has been extremely helpful with solving issues. We have a unique product that requires extra attention with shipping/damage issues and she's gone above and beyond to make Route work for us. We really love Route!
