I'm very satisfied with the app. Switching and import old reviews from another app were very easy. Customer support is fast and professional. Special thanks to Mai for the help.
I have been using this app for a long time now - everything is great! Recently updated the Shopify theme and needed support to solve a small problem with the page display. Chloe from support completely helped to solve this issue and I was absolutely satisfied with the support. Thank you!
Termination of Service – Switching to Judge.me
Dear Ryviu Team,
We would like to inform you that we have decided to discontinue using the Ryviu app for our product reviews and review feeds. Unfortunately, our experience with your support has been disappointing, and we’ve faced multiple issues without timely or effective resolution.
Additionally, we find your XML file plan to be unreasonably priced, especially when compared to alternative platforms. Judge.me offers a far more affordable and user-friendly solution, which better aligns with our business needs and expectations.
Thank you for your past service, but we are moving forward with Judge.me.

I was able to set up Ryviu quite easily to get started and then import reviews from Etsy, although it took a bit of time. The team are very quick to respond and they're always helpful if you run into problems. Thanks!

Dan Helped me to sort out a app issue what turns out was nothing to do with Ryviu app it the problem was a old app installed in my shopiffy Thank you for the Surpport Dan great work again
Used this app for over a year. Worked great initially. The email automation to send review requests now breaks all the time and you won't notice until you wonder why you aren't getting any new reviews and go check to see hundreds of scheduled emails that never send. Support is not helpful in the slightest with the issue. Looking for a new review app do not waste your time.

To clarify, our email automation system will send review requests for orders where the customer's email is verified through Shopify. However, to ensure compliance and avoid potential issues, we do not send review request emails for orders where the email is not verified.

Good and easy to use
Customer support is most helpful.
And I like how the app widget for reviews shows up on the product page in clear sight. Also, it is easy for customers to see the "Write a review" option on the product page. It's so easy! This encourages them to write a review.
Best review app. Plenty of settings, easy to use, and very fast support
Upd: we already using it for a while and support is fast and excellent. There were some bugs in app work, but they were fixed quiet fast
