I was able to set up Ryviu quite easily to get started and then import reviews from Etsy, although it took a bit of time. The team are very quick to respond and they're always helpful if you run into problems. Thanks!

I can't upload reviews more than 100 to my product page.

Support is top-tier. The only feature the app is missing is being able to integrate with Klaviyo to send the review requests, or some kind of direct link to review a product.

This is a very cost-effective review plug-in! The most commendable thing is their customer service staff, who answer every question you ask patiently and promptly. This is unmatched by other comment plugins!

Used this app for over a year. Worked great initially. The email automation to send review requests now breaks all the time and you won't notice until you wonder why you aren't getting any new reviews and go check to see hundreds of scheduled emails that never send. Support is not helpful in the slightest with the issue. Looking for a new review app do not waste your time.
