I used the app to count the number of trees planted (one per order) and it was so easy to set up. Actually, I was shocked at how easy.

So far I really like what this app can do for us. We wanted something simple for a fairly specific count and I quickly learned that this app is very tweak-able! And very intuitive. Only took me about 10 minutes to set this up. I did wish for there was a way to place the counter in a specific spot on our website (not on our product pages) and when I asked the developer if I could do that, they very quickly got back with me telling me they would be glad to make that change for me. Great service! Thank you!

This Elastic Soft app is the perfect add on to my store. Installs easy and doesn't slow my pages down. Support is fantastic. Had a question and they immediately responded. Very user friendly. A must have for any online store.

I had some complications adding the widget to my shop. - I got help right away, which they added the widget and placed it where I requested. Very helpful and quick too!
I do think the tutorial for adding in the code should be a little more thorough, as I still have no idea where I should have put the code in specifically and what code should be there.
I see it's been entered in 2 places but only one was straight forward in the side bar, but when I added it myself, it didn't work, which is why I had to ask for help.
