With SavedBy, customers will be given the option to protect their package in case their package is lost, stolen, or damaged. When any issue does arise, customers file a claim – and once processed – they will have the option to re-order, or to receive a refund. In both these cases, the money comes from SavedBy's wallet- not yours. We honestly don't think there's a better shipping insurance app out there. If there is, we wouldn't know because we're definitely not looking elsewhere. lol We've been using SavedBy for a few months now and we can't stress enough how satisfied we are with the app. Creating a claim is super easy, and processing takes less than 24 hours and the claims are always approved with no issues. The support team is great. Peace of mind is key for us and SavedBy gives us just that. Keep being great SavedBy!
This is one of the few Shopify apps that we've used over the years that works exactly as advertised, if not more! Our customers have received speedy assistance from them when needed, and they have been incredibly helpful with our wishes as well.
