With SavedBy, customers will be given the option to protect their package in case their package is lost, stolen, or damaged. When any issue does arise, customers file a claim – and once processed – they will have the option to re-order, or to receive a refund. In both these cases, the money comes from SavedBy's wallet- not yours. I will prompt this review by saying that we have tried a lot of shipping protection services over the years. There was something that bugged us about every other service like this. Our goal has always been to find a solution that is a true value add for our customers (without hassle) and saves us shipping nightmare headaches.
SaveBy truly has been a life saver for us. We love the customer support we receive through our slack channel. Our customers are happy, and that is the most important thing to us. Claim process is super simple for our customers. And we have plenty of support from the SaveBy team if anything comes up. Our CS team loves working with SaveBy. Their CEO is a great person. Working with SavedBy has been a fantastic experience. Their customer support is super professional and they are very responsive.
