With SavedBy, customers will be given the option to protect their package in case their package is lost, stolen, or damaged. When any issue does arise, customers file a claim – and once processed – they will have the option to re-order, or to receive a refund. In both these cases, the money comes from SavedBy's wallet- not yours. Shipping companies like USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc. screw up, we'll take on the headache of dealing with an upset customer - and did we mention that you retain the revenue?

The SavedBy team is absolutely integral to our business operations and we couldn't be more pleased with the app, their client service, and willingness to go the extra mile. Since none of us have control over how the courier service handles our products, SavedBy has been super helpful, especially with product/order replacements and covering full refunds if the customer claim qualifies.

Such a simple process, at first I was weary to make any changes to my website, but we actually saw conversion go up with this app and now I’m not sending out packages for free to customers!! Seriously a no brainer and their customer service team is the best! ♂️
