Poor Customer Support and Accidental Subscription Issue
I recently started exploring the Scalify app and was initially impressed with its features during the trial period. However, things took a turn for the worse when the app was accidentally approved for a subscription while we were still in the trial phase.
Despite reaching out to both Scalify support and Shopify support immediately, we received no response from Scalify for over 15 days. As a result, we were charged $49.00 USD (₹4,149.92) for the Basic Plan (2024-07-03 to 2024-08-02).
We had hoped to resolve this issue swiftly and continue evaluating the app, but the lack of response and support has been highly disappointing. We request a refund for the subscription charge and urge Scalify to improve their customer service to better assist users facing similar issues.
Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend this app to others

Just installed the app and so many 400 errors and breaks in the app. Can't even connect google analytics per their own help documentation. I contacted their chat support and the ai bot also froze and broke, lol
I love this app, i think this is the best investment i have ever made so far, finally an app that does everything i need it to do in a couple of minutes, creating custom audiences, retargeting lookalike , it does it all in few clicks, the support team is amazing as well i noted a couple of minor bugs and they fixed them right away. keep it up
Awesome Software
Great app. I watched the tutorial videos first and was able to have my first campaign going right away. Sales are up 900%. No that's not a typo. Can't imagine running my business without it. Love it!
Great and fast service and support. Havent tried the app yet but looking forward to see how it works :)
Stay clear of this app. The scaling options are good an easy, but thats the only thing that works. Its full of bugs, you get errors on almost every page. apart from that its missing important advertising options.
Also, they say Google Analytics is supported while it really is not. (old versions yes, GA 4 not)
Lastly, the customer support is absolutely aweful. it sometimes takes weeks before they reply, and when they reply their answers are not helpful.
Please, do yourself a favor and stay clear of this app and company.

Kindly share with us the errors you faced on every page so our team can take a look at them and assist you in resolving them. We experienced a temporary issue with our CRM that caused delays with our email replies, all is fixed now and this issue won't happen again. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you.
Regarding GA4, as mentioned in our email reply, this feature will not be included in our upcoming app version, which is why we're in the process of removing this feature from the app.

Great app and easy to use. For store owners, this app is a need. It saves a lot of time and takes out the hard guesswork.
So far it looks very good. I have to try out more but i think this will help the shop very much. Looking forward to the testing phase.
