商品レビュー(日本限定) TrustWILL Reviews

マイページからレビューのウィジェットを設置して、レビューを書いて画像を挿入しようとしてもIOSからはレビュー画像を挿入できません。何度試しても、チャットで問い合わせしても改善してくれません。レビューも商品ページからでないと書けません。

ShopifyストアにTrustwillのレビューウィジェットを設置しようとしていましたが、Liquidテーマでうまく表示できず困っていました。

AIにも相談しましたが解決できなかったため、サポートへ問い合わせたところ、コラボアカウントを承認した後、すぐに問題を解決していただけました。

サポート対応は迅速で、とても助かりました。

I was trying to install the Trustwill review widget on my Shopify store, but I had trouble with my Liquid theme.

After discussing it with AI and still not finding a solution, I contacted support. Once I approved the collaborator account request, their team resolved the issue very quickly.

The support was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful.

If you encounter the same issue, I recommend contacting the chat support and asking:

"Hi, I have trouble installing Trustwill. Could you kindly show me how to install the review widget on my Liquid theme?"

They helped me solve the problem promptly. Highly recommended!

Update: I contacted support to hide the reviews on the top page and only display them on individual pages. They promptly adjusted the settings for me.
I am very satisfied once again.

what i like about this app is that it is customizeable, did come across challenges was not being able to import reviews from other apps so their chat bot was able to help with the template provided. overall the aesthetics on the store look nice and well-presented

Great app and great support!

I accidently deleted a product with 99 reviews. So I recreated the product and asked if the reviews could be restored.

Faith said, let me look. And yes within a few moments, my reviews were back. I am so, so happy. Thank you Faith.

accidentally deleted all my products on Shopify and lost all my reviews along with them. I was devastated because those reviews took a long time to build. I reached out to the Trustoo support team and they were incredibly helpful — they were able to locate all my reviews and reassign them back to the correct products on my store.

As a long-time user of the WILL ecosystem (especially the Parcel app), I decided to switch to TrustWILL to take my store to the next level. Despite an initial technical hurdle importing my customer photos from previous apps, the team responded with exemplary professionalism.

While other services often do the bare minimum, Pia and her team made a genuine, concrete effort to adapt my CSV files and save all my customer visuals. This kind of personalized support gives me the confidence to commit to a long-term paid subscription.

Multiple issues in finding the requirements, no support on time and their is strong misconfiuration inbetween reviews and store reviews
