Great integration with the shopify store, one of the best that doesn't charge you to start using it. The usability is very easy and interactive, without complications. You can customize the comment formats, such as number of comments, style of customer names and button colors.
The best thing so far is the customer service, which has been very responsive and attentive when I've needed to consult. Rating 10

Amazing Experience! Wonderful Customer-Service!
This App has amazing features, their Customer support is Awesome, so Kind and Helpful. The app also brings a lot of convenience to you by offering amazing solutions to your problems. I recently switched to it, and after finding too many apps in the Shopify App Store I found this one, and now I don't think I'm going to leave this app, to be honest. This app provides a good User-Interface for the reviews that you want to publish, unlike other apps that just let you publish the reviews and do not care about the UI part of the Website. It not only has great features for the user, but its customer support is also amazing and helpful. They help you out if you get into any trouble, and even solve the problem for you.
Overall, it's an exceptional option!
