The search field works great! We have so many different spellings of names, it has helped customers find the product they are looking for. The settings are pretty self explanatory as well so it was easy to set up. My only complaint is that there is no chat support or quick way to ask questions. While customer support did respond, it was about 12 hours later.
Great app, does everything that we need it to! The support team are very responsive and helpful, 10/10
This app has improved the search experience and filtering capabilities on our site in an extreme way. Would definitely recommend to those looking for advanced filtering capabilities on their collection pages.
We've been using this for a couple of years now, totally happy with it. Tons of functionality and greatly increases the capabilities of the search bar.

the first request for support was slow, but after Andrew's approach, he is able to sort things out for us as requested. support was really good just the time taken was abit too long. hope to see some improvement in future
