The app is working perfectly, i had some questions and i quickly got a response from the team. i highly recommend this instead of buying a new theme.
I also bought a section and it didn't fit my store and they let me change it for an another section :)
App works great and is fully customisable to suit our store. We've only needed to contact support once when changing themes and they resolved our issue quickly.

I've just recently installed this app. It's amazing. Have used 1x free option and paid for x2. All working super well and have not slowed site speed. I also needed some custom support and it was completed in less than 24 hours. Great app with great features :)

Great support!! Very helpful and friendly
The app is great, but the support needs improvement. Some sections are buggy, especially on our site, and it's frustrating when support doesn't respond and you can't fix issues. Also It would really help if there was a trial version for at least 24 hours. Sometimes when we install a section on our site, it turns out it doesn't fit at all, and we end up wasting money.
EDIT: The problem is currently being solved by support and as an apology they also offered me some sections for free. As for the support, I was wrong and they fixed their reputation with me. Thank you once again.

It’s super frustrating when sections do not work properly on the theme. I know this way too well.
We test our sections on 3 different themes before releasing it, but it’s always hard to make them 100% bulletproof.
That being said we've already answered all your incoming emails and are already trying to fix your issues. Please get back to us when you see this :)

Excellent customer service! We have installed a range of SS sections on our website and had great, timely assistance from Mark and Chud with all our questions! App itself is easy to use/customise and has some really cool features. Highly recommend it.
