Finally a beautifully designed Instagram feed that integrates seamlessly into your site! So thankful this exists!! Best app ever.

We are very happy that you like Section Feed - Instagram Gallery :).
I love this app but unfortunately, the images from Instagram do not compress and this is bad for the site speed.
Thank you for your review! Unfortunately, as of today the Instagram API only returns us a single image size, so we do not have any other choice than using this size (we cannot save the images on our end and reduce them as this is against Instagram Terms of service). We will of course update our app if Instagram offers this feature in the future!
Also, please note that our app is using lazy loading, which means that the images are not loaded until they become visible. The impact on site speed due to our app is therefore extremely minimal :).

We're sorry to hear you're having a bad experience. However, we have been unable to find any support tickets related to your store PrimePepper. Can you please try to reach us again? Please also note that Section Feed is a free app that we're offering to customers, but please note that tickets for the free app are less priority (we try to answer within 48h instead of 24h for our paid themes).
Regarding our theme, we can see that you're using our theme Warehouse, but we can't find any support ticket associated with your store either.

EDIT: we're happy to let you know that Meta has re-enabled the access to the app. You should now be able to re-connect your Instagram account in the app to show your media.
I have a problem with the installation and I can not talk to the App support.
After configured the following message appears on the main page of my site "THE SHOP DOMAIN IS NOT VALID".

Wow amazing guys, super well developped, adding Instagram feed took me 3 minutes. Super easy to install and use, great feed option and 100% FREE ! Exactly what I have been looking for the past days !

Shit app !!!! Dont work. The program keeps losing connection with IG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The connection with Instagram can indeed be disconnected automatically under some circumstances, such as if you modify the password of your Facebook or Instagram account. This is done automatically by Instagram (not by the app). Do not hesitate to reach us at support if you need more information.

Thank you for your review. We are indeed facing a temporary outage, our app has been disabled temporarily by Instagram yesterday. We are working with them to make sure to restore it as soon as possible (hopefully this week). In the meantime I would recommend you to hide temporarily the section on your store.

Our theme already came with an instagram feed but it didn't work (apparently due to changes at instagram). We looked for a way to replace it and this app was perfect, it is really easy to add and integrates seamlessly.
