The experience is not bad. The online inquiry service is very good. There is also fqa page building, which is the most needed. Many software do not support it. So choose. More of the service is good

Ho installato l'App da solo (e capisco ben poco di siti web). Il Bot ha iniziato a rispondere subito ai clienti. Ringrazio infinitamente l'assistenza che mi ha aiutato nei settaggi che non riuscivo a fare da solo. Grazie per la pazienza. l'Agente AI ha appreso da 14 siti web che gli ho dato in pasto e quindi in pochi minuti ne sapeva più di me che vendo questa merce da oltre 10 anni!!!

Inoltre ringrazio Nona del servizio di Assistenza WillDesk. Ha avuto una pazienza infinita nell'assistermi. Sono un SuperBooooomer e quindi Nona ha dovuto in pratica settare tutto al mio posto, ma come lo volevo io...... Siamo stati in chat un bel po', abbiamo condiviso decine di screenshot ma ora è tutto perfetto e rimarrà così molto a lungo.

J'ai récemment utilisé le service WD-Live Chat et j'ai été agréablement surpris par l'efficacité de l'équipe. Les agents étaient réactifs et ont rapidement résolu mon problème. Le chatbot, bien qu'utile pour les demandes basiques, manquait parfois de précision, mais le transfert vers un agent en direct a été rapide et fluide. Une excellente expérience globale avec leur helpdesk !
