This is by far one of the best AI & Helpdesk app out here this apps capabilities are endless top with support that you can count on when you need them. The features with this app are amazing and the AI learns very fast and the best part is if it gets a question it can't answer it alerts you to take over and make sure customer is happy and has a clear understanding. And handling order is a breeze for this AI no problems accurate information always given to the customer. No more on the phone telling customer order status just direct them to the bot.

I am speechless at how incredibly happy I am with the Helpdesk app (and the helpdesk behind it) from Willdesk. The helpdesk guides me with so much patience and attention. The app itself is very nice. Both in the free version and in the basic version, you can go a long way as a small business in offering service to your customers. Perhaps when my business starts running, I can go for the more advanced version.

I miss one or two features (like the visitors log/ analytics ) that I would have liked to see, but perhaps it will be available in the future. Because what I have now, I find the most important and I have been looking for a long time.

So highly recommended for small businesses.

I can see no reason to get this app when the Shopify app, Inbox is free. Inbox automatically emails the customer when the customer is offline. Willdesk would not connect to my Outlook and after many instances on chat support, I discovered the free app by Shopify, which seems to do a lot more with fewer hassles.

The customer service for Willdesk is fast, but they couldn't work out the email issue. Shopify's Inbox does it automatically.
