Good tool. The support was very fast and efficient. The help button solves multiple problems including live chat, FAQs, and order tracking all for free. Free upgrade + free branding removal as well. Really the best app for a dedicated help center. Ellie was super helpful.

So far it has done everything I need. The request for a review came a little before I've had much time to experience the app so not much to say but seems good.
