Es fabulosa! Puedes tener un chat en vivo con tus clientes, añadir a más operadores y hacer un bot de Preguntas frequentes. Además, puedes hablar con ellos, a mi me atendio Nona, y la verdad es que estoy encantado tanto con su trabajo como el trato personal que tiene con nosotros! Muchas gracias Nona!

Really easy to set up and use among the others on the shopify app store. Custom support is quick to respond and really helpful. Sophie from the live chat support is really helpful and sweet.

This app let's you structorize your FAQs in a better and more efficient way. Additionally you have a search bar for your FAQs that makes it easier for your customers get what they're looking for.

客服小姐姐特别细心耐心，会告诉我需不需要升级。帮助我去设置我的聊天页面，回复及时且准确，沟通效率很高，也很热情。
在我遇到remove band部分的时候，她也反复和我确认让我刷新页面，当时我以为是自己确认，后来才知道系统那边会自己进行确认，功能还是挺齐全的，很喜欢。
如果help的界面有更多的模板就好了，可能感觉就会更不一样了。体验感会更好，我相信。
