This is a great and easy-to-understand app for a live chat on the website. Ellie has been super fast in responding and answering all my questions and is therefore very helpful.

Es fabulosa! Puedes tener un chat en vivo con tus clientes, añadir a más operadores y hacer un bot de Preguntas frequentes. Además, puedes hablar con ellos, a mi me atendio Nona, y la verdad es que estoy encantado tanto con su trabajo como el trato personal que tiene con nosotros! Muchas gracias Nona!

This app let's you structorize your FAQs in a better and more efficient way. Additionally you have a search bar for your FAQs that makes it easier for your customers get what they're looking for.
