I have recently started using live chat software called WILLDESK. I have to say that it is by far the best Shopify chat application I have ever used. It is straightforward to use and very user-friendly. You must install the app to Shopify, and you can start typing your message with your customers. Customers can just paste or upload images and videos up to 30 MB!!

Molly & Regina have been very kind in unlocking premium features. The app works great and doesn't slow the site down.

Nona is superb. Her patience in helping us is great. And the app has been handy to us. I'll be giving her a thumbs up as well as the app. 5 stars for Nona and 4 stars for the app :)

Great support and quick response, even during off hours! Works very well with our store and implemented easily. They were also willing to help with some special requests, free of charge.

App is great and easy to navigate. Hopefully some more features get added, they said they'll talk to the development team about it which will be awesome. Great support team

The service staff was great and upgraded the service for me! I think I will use it, looking forward to the service on the mobile side

I like it very much. App is loading faster, is more stable, and is customer-oriented, better than other inbox apps, I expect it will integrate with the Instagram channel in following days!
