非常好用,客服非常有耐心。不但可以做自定义回复,还可以设置FAQ等等。而且很多功能都是免费的,基本上对于做自建站的卖家来说也是够用的。而且还可以自定义设置头像等,整体来说,这个工具也是比较简洁流畅的,也不会拖累网站速度。

I just started using it. I was using two different apps, one for WhatsApp and another one for Shopify inbox. Now the single app can do both works and in a much better way. The app is absolutely free at this time for 500 tickets per month.
