Selfnamed: Cosmetics on demand

So far, I have been very satisfied with Selfnamed. I love that their cosmetics are natural and organic, and that they are created in an ethical and eco-sustainable way. One tip I would give is to improve the product packaging a bit; the paper is too fragile, and the perceived value of the product could diminish. It should be more solid.

Currently, I am highly impressed with the intuitive customization capabilities that Selfnamed offers, especially the drag-and-drop functionality. The application is user-friendly and efficiently addresses various needs. Delivery costs are integrated into the system, adding to the convenience. We are excited about the collaboration between our brand and Selfnamed.

I would like to discuss my experience with Self Named (SN). I discovered self named via a Facebook ad. I was intrigued to know more and scheduled a video appointment with a self named representative. I discovered that SN offered the exact service i was looking for, to add skin care products under my own branding to my Shopify store. I initially tried to designs the products myself using their platform, but i quickly decided that i wanted to hire their designers to design this for me as i wanted a super professional look. I purchased their packed to design 5 products. The communication as been top class, particularly from Agnase who has been a huge support throughout the design process. I have now received and approved my products and I'm very happy with the service received from all member's of the team. Very nice products and perfect customization options but terrible customer service, they answer once every 2-3 days, the customer support on their website see the chat but they simple do not care and they answer next day or even week.
