I recently had a great experience with Sellbrite customer service. I had errors and needed help to automatically list on Walmart, I was in contact with a representative named Sarah. Sarah was very helpful and understanding. She apologized for the inconvenience, did a Loom video showing me how to setup and connect. I am very satisfied with the fast SMS customer service I received, and based on my experience with Sarah I would definitely recommend to others.

Shopify- what can I not say about it! There are many features that I have just loved since its launch. I love the clean, bright, user-friendly interface; the happy-to-help, knowledgeable staff; the ease of importing and exporting products to multi-channel selling platforms, such as Amazon, ebay, and Etsy and the affordability. But above all what I love most about Sellbrite, is that my business is growing right along with them. I totally recommend Sellbrite. If you are wanting to expand your exsiting ecommerce business to the next level, give them a call. When you do give them a call, you may even encounter one of the founders answering a customer service call. Don't be shy, be amazed! Signed~ Truly Blessed!
Sellbrite has saved us so much time by syncing our inventory across the many channels that we sell. The customer service is quick and very helpful.

We can't say enough about how FANTASTIC Sellbrite has been for us! We tried several other multi-channel software platforms before Sellbrite and this is the only one we continued after the initial trial period.
The biggest plus about Sellbrite is when Sellbrite says that they sync your inventory over multiple selling platforms they really do mean it! We have not over sold one item - which is saving us so much time and money and our inventory has never been more organized!
This is an all around great app from an all around great company.
The user interface is the friendliest in the market, and the time saved is invaluable.
To top it off, I have never dealt with such a responsive and friendly support team with any software I have ever used.

Excellent, it didn't take me long to figure it out and I'm managing all my channels using Sellbrite .
While there were some bugs that slowed my adoption of Sellbrite. They listened and resolved the show-stopping issues. I'm quite pleased with how Sellbrite keeps all of my inventory synchronized between my various sales channels, so that I can focus on other areas of my business.
Thanks for the feedback, however apologies for your poor experience with us. Obviously not what we either of us want.
The good news is that the first two issues in your list are already fixed, and the next two issues are currently being worked on now and should be fixed soon.
The last point on your list is not really an issue, as we discussed. Variation changes ARE recognized by Sellbrite, but the changes intentionally do not get pushed to the marketplaces automatically, as we discussed.

We have been using sellbrite for almost a year and it is a fantastic app, the only one able to help us sync our inventory, we have a collectible business and most items are unique so we needed a very good app for sync our inventory.
The customers service is fantastic, they help us sync, step by step, and when we had some questions they answer them very fast.
they are always updating they app even if it is perfect as is.
I am blown away by the customer service that this company provides. I got a call back within a few hours and had someone walking me through how to get set up. I am excited about how this product is going to allow me to grow my business.
Please don't be fooled by all the positive reviews. This software has so many problems and issues with the connection between website and marketplaces. Not to mention you will have to wait 24-48 hours to get basic support. If they can't resolve the problem you simply won't hear back from them. If you are a very small company with few SKU's this is a perfect software for you.
