you cannot do a live API feed to the inventory catalog. you cannot continue to import data once the product catalog is setup. it is all csv updates nothing automated. the data to amazon you can only do 1 price you cand do business price, lowest price, sale price. the info to ebay you cannot do specifications. if you wan to update inventory in a significant way its all b y hand or spreadsheet which was the same technology as he 1980s. this site is good for less than 100 products.

Push Products = Add or edit product data to our system.
Pull Products = Export product data from our system.
Push Inventory = Add or edit inventory to the products in our system.
Pull Inventory = Export inventory data from our system.
Pull Orders = Export orders from our system
Update Shipments = Input shipment details on orders in our system
More information about using our API can be found at developer.sellbrite.com.
It is true that once products are established in your account updates to the product details will need to be made either within the Sellbrite dashboard or using a product CSV file. However, you can run additional imports to bring in new listing data or build new products at any time.

Sellbrite enabled me to grow my Amazon store, but then my shopify store store outgrew Sellbrite. Sellbrite exports fulfilment data to ebay, Etsy and Amazon, but can't import fulfilment data, which means I am now looking for a new app as I must move to printing labels on Amazon and Etsy due the increase in sales volumes in those stores. There are other issues that I was living with, such as duplicate skus and overselling, but in the end, the lack of ability to fully integrate my Shopify store with Etsy and Amazon (meaning both importing and exporting fulfilment information) meant that I have to replace the app. If your not looking for that, Sellbrite will probably work just fine for you. But beware that you might outgrow the app in time. (I did request this functionality, but was told that feature requests are not for sure and would take time, and they recognized that Sellbrite was no longer the perfect match for my store.) Sellbrite is a good app. But it is not an excellent one.

I use sellbrite to list products from Shopify to Amazon. If you want to use Shopify as your data source of truth, make sure to explicitly get "Sellbrite for Shopify" as it's not immediately that when you get it here from the Appstore.
Linking products works really well now after we switched to Sellbrite for Shopify.
However, right now I can only give 3 stars because when a customer makes a purchase on Amazon, the customer data (Name, encrypted email address, order number) and the Information if the customer has paid the item (which is quite irrelevant because ofc he has on Amazon, but it can be confusing and maybe mess with shopify's statistics) are MISSING. Those information don't get transmitted to Shopify. Please fix that as soon as possible and I will give 5 stars :-)

You spoke and we listened! Thanks to your feedback, we've improved our integration and now customer data and marketplace order number DOES get imported into your Shopify store with marketplace orders!! Also, only paid orders are imported so no need to worry about that.
It's a good product that does what it's supposed to when it's fully operational. They advertise 15 minute synch times on the plan level we are on, but that seems to be hit or miss. This is a critical piece of technology for making sure we don't oversell across all of our channels, but their support/dev team doesn't treat it that way. Their support team seems understaffed and slow to initially respond. They are continually having backend database lag issues which means we see that an order is going to be coming in from a specific channel, but then have to sometimes wait hours for it to actually show up in Shopify to ship it properly. We switched to this app after Shopify killed off their own channel apps, and while it satisfies our need on most days, its a piece of tech that we have lost faith in, and begrudgingly pay for.

Sellbrite's Etsy integration leaves a lot to be desired. Apparently if you turn price sync on, Sellbrite will override your entire Etsy listing (titles, description, etc.). Spent hours getting hundreds of listings prepared on Etsy only for Sellbrite to override all the work we did.

Support only available business hours (California time) M-F. As a small business I am often updating inventory after hours and on weekends. So, not ideal. Generally a good product, easy to use and understand. Our biggest issue is the lack of error checking on imports. If Sellbrite doesn't find a matching sku, it skips that row and doesn't import it. But it doesn't TELL you that it skipped more or one rows, only gives a generic 'your import completed successfully' (even if it didn't import everything). So we would have to manually verify each item after import to make sure it actually changed the inventory numbers. Not very scaleable or trustworthy. Tool requires separate imports to create a product and to add or change inventory (can't do it in one step like Shopify does). It also requires separate imports and exports for each warehouse/location. Not a dealbreaker, but annoying, and may result in mistakes by the user. I like the audit trail to show the history of changes made to each product. I liked the easy product creation from the Shopify store into Sellbrite for the first time. The interface is fairly easy to navigate, but they don't have a mobile-friendly website (and no app), so can't really use the tool on a phone or tablet, you have to be using a PC all the time. The reporting is EXTREMELY limited and doesn't allow for a simple comparison of inventory between/across warehouses - you have to export each one yourself and do the comparison. Sellbrite might be a good tool if you have limited products and simply want the ability to sell in multiple channels. But we won't continue with the service until/unless they provide error messaging in imports, and would like to see more reporting options.
So far not so good. Initially trying to use the service to upload our Shopify store listings to new Walmart and Amazon seller accounts. Walmart did a bit better but Sellbrite did scramble some of the text of the listings but it was an easy fix to each listing. The Amazon product upload was a hot mess as the Sellbrite app can't find 95% of the products for the required Amazon ASIN so they will all have to all be manually transferred. Maybe we will wait and give them a try on managing inventory across Ebay, Etsy, Shopify, and Amazon down the road. Tech support was agonizingly slow as they are never available on chat and take 24 hours to respond to messages, so the back and forth on one topic can take several days to resolve.

I have been on the app just for a week now and have had talked with customer support 4 times and each time has been consistently prompt and fixed my issue quickly. The app is good for cross-listing and I do highly recommend it. One thing I'd like to see added is the ability to cross-list onto FB Marketplace as well

I had been using the Shopify eBay sales channel and the CED-eCommerce Etsy sales channel for about a year. The sales for both had dropped off back in March, they were both very buggy and the customer service was terrible. I found Sellbrite and installed it. Within two hours of uploading our products to eBay, we had a sale. One day later for Etsy. The customer service is excellent. Very fast and friendly in responding to all of my questions. I was very nervous about migrating my products. Switching to Sellbrite was the smart move for my small business.

I can do anything to use this Apps because it has all stores in one place but the customer service is the worst worst i have seen so far, no one cares at all, no one will help you, you are just on your own.

We are currently using this app to manage several sales channels and it is much easier to use than most of the others that we have tried. Support has been great and responds quickly. We were able to eliminate several of our other apps and just use this single app.

I needed an app to import Amazon UK sales directly into Shopify for fullfilment. This does the job perfectly. REALLY pleased. NB: You may get a message saying 'does not work outside the US' - this refers to the full listing functionality. If you just need integration for UK fullfilment, this does a dream job. Very good customer service too.

Update- after going back and forth crazy. Trying to figure out everything myself. I was finally able to get my question answer and fix my issue thanks to Garrett. Who was patience enough and kept going over everything with me. Sellbrite is an amazing app thats worth it. It allows you to transfers all your products into other channels like eBay and Amazon saving you time and work from going back and forth and listing everything by detail. With just a few steps. Connect your selling channels, go to products, follow by inventory within sellbrite. click on the item you want to list follow by create listing. Select whatever channel you want to list it in this case ebay... Item will go into draft and from there you can go to eBay within sellbrite scroll down to draft and set it to active. If you run into any issue 100% contact Garrett. Great costumer service, patience, & will check on you to make sure your satisfy. 100% going to install this app on all my stores.

We are a small business from canada - sellbrite really help us manage inventory. Currently, we are able to sell on amazon.com,ebay.com and etsy.com. This platform is easy to use and has very good customer service. Hope we can connect more channels in the future - looking forward for ebay.ca,ebay.uk ,wish and walmart canada :)

the app was working good til about a month ago it stopped working and keeps saying the change you wanted was rejected and cant get support to help me fix this issue i have tried deleting the app reinstalling it multiple times tried to unlink shopify and sellbrite it wont let me the app sucks according to sell brite my shopify account is connected but wont work

I use this app to manage my inventory in 6 marketplaces. As long as it is working and uploading tracking and counting things correctly it is ok, but if you have a problem and need support then you have to wait until they answer your request between 8am-5pm. They need to have customer support on chat that answer right away from the app instead of hours later with an email. When you ship multiple orders from many channels it requires efficiency.
Most of the time the software runs pretty seamless.
Debbie- apologies for your frustration. Your support message came in last night after hours, and we weren't able to respond until first thing this morning. The good news is that the issue you reported has already been identified and fixed - less than 2 hours after our support team started today. That's pretty good customer service and problem solving by any industry standard, so we hope this is acceptable for you.

I'm using Sellbrite with Shopify, Amazon, EBay, Google Shopping and two Etsy stores. I cannot believe I waited so long to get an inventory/listing management app. This fits the bill perfectly, I will be adding BigCommerce and another EBay store soon.
There is NO way I could manage all the stores and inventory and uploading upgrading etc. without Sellbrite. The templates feature is an incredibly powerful tool that allows me to add to descriptions, tags, etc. with one click. Set up a template, apply, poof! hundreds of listings updated.
I cannot say enough. I love the CSV feature that allows me to download to Excel, find/replace, edit, and reupload, poof! Everything seems like magic. I love Sellbrite and would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to grow their online business.

so many futures are not available for the shopify users like FBA to other channels, very disappointing.
I'm sorry you feel disappointed by your experience with Sellbrite, but the good news is that you can use our standard edition of Sellbrite which still lets you connect your Shopify store but also gives you all the other features, like FBA. And, we just reduced the prices for that edition, so it's now even more affordable!
There's a good reason why we don't have FBA or other fulfillment features on the Sellbrite for Shopify edition (which is what you're using). With that configuration, Shopify is the master of all your inventory and orders, so connecting FBA to Sellbrite could cause a conflict. Instead, you can connect FBA to Shopify. Or, just use our other configuration.
Excellent app, so far it has been easy pushing product to my Ebay store and keeping inventory management synced. I plan on expanding shortly to other platforms since the app has been working out very well.

I am really impressed with Sellbrite! Lots of useful features within their control panel. We use it mainly for Etsy, Ebay and Shopify integration.
Easy to use control panel. Very accurate and fast syncing. Pulls all the data we need. Most of the times results were almost immediate.
Great control panel dashboard that shows us our revenue breakdown and other statistics. Very helpful!
As for the support team, what can i say. These guy's really take their business seriously.
The have a relaxed friendly tone and attitude in their support messages which makes working with them really great!
They are really eager to help and pointed us in the right direction with options and solutions. Things which we thought was not possible, they sugested solutions and features that helped us with what we needed.

This app is great for housing all my inventory in one location. I've created templates in Sellbrite for Shopify and eBay and pushing new product listings out to those platforms is extremely easy. Will continue using this for my inventory management.

Very powerful software & reasonably priced as it is comparable to the big players ie Linnworks, Channel Advisor, etc. Solid company, management and customer service. It's like having an extra employee - as the software is designed to save A LOT of time. I only wish I would have signed up sooner.

Sellbrite is an outstanding application. The benefits this app has brought to our business is incredible. There is always room for improvement just like any web-base software but they are constantly upgrading and adding new futures. Furthermore their support and team is awesome! They are very knowledgable and if I ever don't understand something or need a work-around solution they always provide me with the answer I need. I highly recommend any e-commerce business to give them a try. They will do wonders and will not disappoint!
I didn't understand this price list. Here in the description says 60$ /month when I installed the app it says 150$/month. Is that normal?

We used to use a promotional code to offer the special pricing for Shopify that you would receive during the free trial (which you hadn't started yet when you left this review), but now the special pricing plans are clearly available on the subscription page.
they are full of crap,i was going to sign up for the 20/month plan but as soon as i was about to put my credit card info in the fineprint before putting my card info it say i will be charge 49/month so be careful when signing up their prices change.

This app is absolutely incredible! The only issue i had was changing shipping rates on Etsy, app wouldnt let me do a bulk change had to do 1 by one on etsy. Totally recommend!!

Thanks for your review, and we're so glad you are enjoying Sellbrite! Unfortunately, Etsy still doesn't allow calculated shipping templates to be created or updated via API, so as much as we'd like to offer that functionality, it's not currently possible.
I nagged and they listened.
This one fix has MASSIVELY increased the value of this app, and i can now recommend it.

Not for stores with any real volume.
They system does NOT IMPORT CUSTOMER DATA from any of the orders it imports. They only import the data into the shipto fields. This means that the customer fields are all blank, and because of how shopify is built you cannot adjust a customer after an order is placed.
This causes any other apps you use that rely on customer information to fail.
It would be an okay system if they had spend the 5 minutes to copy a few variables in their API Push.

Worst product or service I have came across in 20 years of eCommerce, absolutely Zero rating to them never answer calls or respond for anything, Stay away from them and look for alternatives end up getting account banned. Shame that godaddy acquired it.
Update : Its a untrue they tried to call me or help to fix, it all happend after i wrote a review, until then they did not even bother.
Unfortunately, this merchant never took advantage of our FREE onboarding sessions that we offer every new customer, even after multiple invites via email. We quickly (same day) responded to his support emails with answers to his questions but have not received a reply back, and tried to reach him by phone but he did not answer and no voicemail is available.
Update: Onboarding invitations were sent (and received) on March 26th and 28th, without any response -- well before review was left. All support emails and calls were replied to same day. We've showed proof of this to merchant.
The application has been successful for us. The staff is on top of issues plus courteousness. I am looking forward to new features to this app, and functionality. This is where there are great, the price point exceeds the value. The platform is easy to use. It is very nice and basic. It is similar to other multichannel sites or better while these sites are asking for $200 to 1000 dollars a month for the same service. Now, a month to list a few thousand Sku ( sku's, which means one sku's x each platform you link to " that's the WOW factor" if your listing on Amazon, eBay, shopify: that one sku becomes 3. ).

Super helpful support team. One agent created a video for me and showed me exactly where to go / click, rather than having to e-mail or chat back and forth. Excellent service.
STAY AWAY! this app has serious issues- it can not do what it is supposed to do, import and sync listings. i decided to give it a 2nd try which was a huge mistake. i hate it even more now than i did the first time i tried it.
it loses photos on imports, and does not publish to channels according to the settings (i.e. 'templates') i carefully set on each listing individually. instead it publishes erroneous shipping & return policies, mixes up photos and inventory, resulting in really pissed off customers.
It is also just 'makes stuff up'- seriously, says certain listings are live in channels that don't exist!
But the worst part is the support team- they are awful- make no attempt to help you. you can email 1 question for days and days and all they do is bounce you around from one team member to another (citing that they are a 'small' team) but nobody wants to understand the problem or provide an answer. they dont address anything relevant in their support docs (its all basic) and most of the links are broken anyway.
this app sucks and the support team is 1000 times worse. i have no idea why anyone likes this software.

As we just discussed by phone, you sent us 2 emails yesterday morning, 5 minutes apart from one another. Each inquiry was fielded by a different agent of our Success Team. Not once did an agent pass you off to anyone else, and all messages were responded to within an hour (our SLA is 24 hours), with the exception of your final message in which you cursed at our team. A few hours later you left this review, all within the span of a single day.
Your issues stemmed 100% from reactivating a 2016 account and turning on the sync functionalities haphazardly. Had either of our agents suspected you just returned to Sellbrite and reactivated the account with its old data (which was not evident in your questions), our answers and suggestions would have been different.
I’m sorry you felt that Sellbrite let you down, but the only thing I can say is that this review really lets us down, as we go above and beyond to make our customers successful and address any issues with swiftness and accuracy, and we did everything right here. I wish you the best of luck in finding a solution that meets your needs.

The support from Sellbrite has always been top-notch. Even when I’m frustrated, I’ve never had any response that wasn’t completely professional and helpful
It would be the perfect tool for us, but they currently only support limited functionality for "international" eBay Stores. Therefore, it is not possible to add new listings to eBay from other accounts than US sellers. Support told me it's currently not on their priority list. Otherwise, it felt really nice and powerful. Hopefully, they fully support international eBay stores soon.
I haven't been using them for very long, but so far everything has been simple to use. The integration process was all automated. Their support is amazing. Highly recommend. Very fast sync times across all marketplaces with FBA-integration and price-sync capabilities make this a one-stop shop for multi-channel inventory control.
I've been using Sellbrite for a couple of months now and really like it. It combines inventory management with being able to list on multiple channels from one app. Previously, I was using about 3 different apps for inventory management and listing on the different channels, and was having issues with things not importing correctly, inventory getting off, etc... Sellbrite has been great! Importing everything went extremely smoothly and it all imported correctly. I love the how to videos that walk you through the process so you know you've done it correctly and they schedule a phone visit with you so you can ask any questions you may have.
Things I really like: (1) seeing in the products list exactly which items are listed where and if there's any drafts in progress (this actually helped me find about 30 items that weren't listed on all the channels they should be), (2) the little photos in the product list zoom out when you hover over them, (3) listing on multiple channels is so much easier and quicker, (4) Templates and Recipes, this feature is so cool and such a time saver. You can make formulas for Titles, descriptions, etc.. so it automatically fills in or makes titles, descriptions, etc... I'm still learning this feature, but wow, what I time saver it is already. (5) great dashboard and easy to navigate menus. I have no trouble finding what I need or answers to questions I have. (6) shipping prices are comparable to other shipping programs. (7) Price. It's cheaper than a lot of other comparable apps I saw, and its about $10 cheaper than the 3 other apps I was using together that this replaced.
Cons: Not really any. I would like to see future versions have more reports for cost and profit information, but that's just the bookkeeper in me. And in shipping, you can't print multiple labels or invoices in bulk, but I guess they are already working on that for future versions.
I really love how this app works. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
This app is quite good at what it does compared to others it does better. My only problem is that it takes over Shopify and becomes the master of your life. For example I added more stock and Sellebrite re-sync with what it had in its database making a mess.
I contacted support who told me I should add the stock to Sellbrite who will update Shopify... not what I want.
The expectation is for an app that is written for a platform like Shopify will perform seamlessly with your listings. What a nightmare Sellbrite is. I have 5000 items in my store and hundreds of them lost their feature photos when imported into the Sellbrite platform. Their solution? Upload the photos manually to each listing. Ummm, no, that is the function of the app. If I wanted to do manual work on hundreds of items, that's what I would do. And the linking thing, again, not sure what that is about, but I had lots of items that Sellbrite linked to and only uploaded one or two variations. Again, in order to fix it their solution was to download/upload a spreadsheet. Nope, that should be fixed in the app. This app does not play well with Shopify. Not sure why it is even here.

After trying a number of inventory management vendors, I settled with Sellbrite. It's reliable, intuitive and fast. A great tool for anyone who needs to keep inventory details in sync when managing many products across multiple channels.
This app didn't worked for my shopify store and after wasting 8 hours. I have given up. and selected another app and it worked. Good luck!
Unfortunately, Sellbrite is the worst app I've ever used. The app only synced a few of my products, but deleted all inventory qtys in my store and reset them to 0. Big waste of time. Not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from!
Sellbrite is a great inventory management company when you sell on multiple channels. However, the program has a fairly steep learning curve because this type of backend software is complex because there are many variables to get the listings to work perfectly across all channels. I've shopped around and found that Sellbrite is about the best in class for the price that they charge.
This software does it all. It is very easy to setup and very reliable. Ive been using it for 1 1/2 years and they are constantly improving it. Customer Service is fast and great. Sellbrite has brought my business to a whole new level, I highly recommend it!
Excellent service and cloud-based program. Since I switched to Sellbrite last year, my inventory has been much more organized with fewer errors. The interface of Sellbrite is simple, the help from their customer service second to none. I sell through Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify and this has kept my inventory perfect across the board and allowed me to keep one stock for all 3 channels. Can't recommend more highly!
Also the transition and learning curve were very easy,I was up and running in an hour at most.
