Une catastrophe pour les points relais, si vous souhaitez contacter vos clients à chaque commande pour demander leur point relais car l'appli crashe, allez-y, cette appli est pour vous !
Deutsch: Grundsätzlich macht die App was sie soll, allerdings ist sie vom Aufbau und der Nutzung ein Albtraum.
Es dauert in der Regel 2-3 Minuten bis alle eingehenden Bestellungen geladen sind. Es fehlen Filter und die Möglichkeit zum Sortieren der Bestellungen von Alt>Neu.
Außerdem muss man Labels immer über die Sendcloud app erstellen. Warum nicht einfach direkt über Shopify in dem man Bestellungen auswählt und über weitere Aktionen -> (Sendcloud) Labels erstellen.
Alles in allem sollte man sich gut überlegen wie viel Geld man für diese App ausgeben möchte. Die Features wären da, aber die Umsetzung und extrem langsame Benutzung rechtfertigen einen maximalen monatlichen Preis von 30$. Immerhin kostet mich die App pro Erstellung von Labels 2-3 Minuten an Zeit. Wenn man das jetzt auch noch auf das Monat hochrechnet (x Gehalt der Mitarbeiter etc.) ...
Ich hoffe die App wird demnächst grundlegend überarbeitet, sonst müssen wir uns nach einer Alternative umsehen.
English: Basically, the app does what it is supposed to, but it is a nightmare to set up and use.
It usually takes 2-3 minutes to load all incoming orders. It lacks filters and the option to sort orders from Old>New.
Also, you always have to create labels through the Sendcloud app. Why not simply create labels directly via Shopify by selecting orders and via further actions -> (Sendcloud).
All in all, you should think carefully about how much money you want to spend on this app. The features would be there, but the implementation and extremely slow use justify a maximum monthly price of $30 in my opinion. After all, the app costs me 2-3 minutes per time per label creation. If you now also extrapolate that to the month (x salary of employees etc.) ...
I hope the app will be fundamentally revised soon, otherwise we will have to look for an alternative.
Very easy to use. Takes away a lot of work so you have more time to focuss on other things. Shipping prices are good to.
Funktioniert sehr gut und ist einfach nur hilfreich! Wir können die App vollkommen empfehlen. Die UX könnte noch einen tick besser sein.
It works, but I hope they integrate a better shipping option for the standard shopify plan. It is still a lot of work manually.
Solution moyenne, que nous ne recommandons pas pour la France : des bugs importants et des remontées de données limitées. Préférez une autre solution plus UX centric pour vos clients, ils en seront ravis !
Service client très très long. 4 à 5 jours pour donner une réponse (pour de la logistique c'est trop long). L'account manager n'est plus disponible dès la 1ere minute après l'installation. Personne ne répond jamais au chat ou sinon en attendant parfois 1h environ.
Super handige tool om je bestellingen snel en eenvoudig te verwerken. Wat de communicatie betreft waren er wat obstakels maar het gaat steeds beter. Ga zo door.
Unfortunately, at this point I cannot recommend Sendcloud. I have been trying to keep the conversation up to fix the integration issues that I am still having with SoundCloud and Shopify. I don't know why. I reached out for support to fix the integration. Customer service is responding after 1-2 weeks. After the first response almost a week later, I got another response after more than another week saying the problem has been fixed. It is still the same though. I told them and since last week I haven't gotten any further response. I purchased a yearly subscription and at this point, after more than 6 weeks the problem not being solved nor am I efficiently being helped or got offered a refund, I cannot recommend it due to a very poor customer service.
Integration issues happen and are fixable. Bad customer service. Not good. Adding: Just read the other poor reviews and I am facing the exact same problems. Guys if you have problems with integrations okay, but at least own it and show responsibility. That's a genuine human trait that we all should aim for. Provide a friendly customer service that is listening and at least trying to be helpful.
