Very informative app to understand customers behavior after cart abandoned. And we would tailor-made emails and communicate with customers easily.

This is handy to have if you're using Shopify's basic plan, which doesn't include automated cart recovery.
Simple and easy to set up and customize. Works like a charm. This is the one of the best cart recovery apps out there.

Très bonne application pour relance de panier abandonnée.
Utile aussi pour faire des campagnes par email.
Application connu pour taux faible que vos emails arrivent dans les courriers indésirables.
Pas de SAV par chat mais par email mais c'est pas grave car il répondent rapidement et de manière efficace.
Tarfication claire, par tranche d'emails.
