Wendy helped me and SearchPie is very nice app. The customer support chat was quick to reply and my questions were quickly resolved.
Also, the explanation of the support was easy to understand with images.
There were no message interruptions or gaps during the conversation and it was smooth!

Have just installed this FANTASTIC app on our store and had assistance in getting everything in place from Sam who is amazing. Can't give any feedback on the performance of the app yet as we are a new store, but if its anywhere near as good as the support I'm expecting great things.
