I'll put it on neutral.
It was a great onboarding experience with live support. Strange is to get asked to rate the app during the onboarding process. See all 4 and 5 star reviews, this seams to be standard on this app. Right after the review the support agent disappeared.
I uninstalled the app again. I am scared it just changes randomly tings. I spent hundreds of hours on the shop and not knowing what effectively is being changed, is scary and some reviews say that their store got messed up completely. Also the scanning of the pages is not worth much. I have over 1000 pages, so it would take about 20 days to scan all the pages (ca. 50 pages per day are being scanned).
It could be a great app but not knowing what that app really does is not worth the risk for me.
So overall a very mixed feeling.

Works good semi understandable for the non techie user some language that is not clear for a newbie
Good little app and free version is quite helpful. I'm looking to upgrade to the paid plan.

RE: Free Plan. I have the free plan and customer service was excellent. They are always eager to help. I'm only giving this three stars as I have yet to see any results from SEO. I was told it takes two months but they were pushing for a review. I only installed this in July.

Customer service is good. They are very helpful. Though the app doesn't really work for me. It freezes up and it is impossible to have a good experience dealing with it. It happens either on my phone and computer. Also, didn't really see any change with premium. Though they say it takes months to see SEO results. Maybe I would stick around with the free plan for a while if it was working properly in my store.

Instructions were easy enough to follow. I have not however seen any increase in activity or sales to my site. I don't know if its really doing anything.
I did not like this app. the auto tag function just reset everything to one word which is the name of the product only. same goes for titles and descriptions which where allready improved. I was expecting this app to improve on the work allready done with additional of improved wording. but from my personal point of view is has just reset all meta etc data to default. This is going to cost me a lot of time. Immidiatly deleted the app to get back to the Smart SEO app where i can confire and measure improvements. The SEO Booster app is, while being deleted, still blocking me from changing manually. Edit: I did have contact with support after this review. They are very helpfull and apperently I did make a mistake in the auto function. I recommend getting in touch with support if you are not sure what you are doing.

What you mentioned was generally caused when you chose a product_title template for your meta tags, which will turn your tags to the product name automatically.

This app provides lots of information, but I wouldn't have a clue how to make the suggested changes. It's all programming code. Confusing.
