I told the representative Wendy that I wanted to unsubscribe and to not charge me for the plan as I found a better service. IMMEDIATELY after I told her that, she charges my card for the plan I didn’t want anyway. I wasn’t too mad about the actual app, but the customer service and disrespect definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Be careful dealing with them, it feels kind of scammy.

David was a great advisor, helping me set up everything with the SearchPie App, providing step by step instructions with screenshots too. Very patient and friendly!

App is smooth and very helpful so you don’t have to find errors on your own. In case you have to find help just use chat. I used that and John from support helped me with all troubles my SEO and store had. Wonderful service for nice price tag!
