Quick and efficient response to my problem. Friendly chat! The app works well so far. I hope the confirmation response to the client would be more customizable though.
I used this app to allow customers to book in a consultation and it works really well. Had a bit of trouble setting it up but the Sesami support was really quick and got it working straight away. Highly recommend.

We implemented Sesami 1 year ago this month alongside our Shopify. It's been a great platform for managing our multiple daily class bookings.
They have evolved and improved their offerings since we signed on, and as our business and needs have evolved, Sesami's team has been helpful and responsive to troubleshooting any issues or listening and implementing feedback we've given.
The Application Sesami is amazing you just think about any option and the option become reality.. Seems like the application have unlimited options... but more than that the support team provides an outstanding services and with just a blink of eyes your query is resolved.
We are using Sesami for scheduling private appointments at the shop just to test it. We'll be adding classes in the fall. There was a glitch while installing due to the custom theme we're using but they resolved it within 12 hours of receiving the email. They also provided detailed instructions on a video so that I could understand what happened, and how the problem was resolved.
