Sesami Booking App

This booking app has helped how I manage my business with its intuitive interface, customizable options, and seamless integrations. The professional appearance leaves a great impression on clients. Excellent customer support rounds out this indispensable tool for any professional.

I enjoyed the onboarding call; it was exceptionally helpful. Mariana made the integration seamless. I am keen to see the updates the app incorporates into its interface to enhance user-friendliness, especially for busy service professionals. I am glad to know that Shopify has this app on its platform. It adds another layer of convenience and accessibility to our workflow.

I use this app for booking tutors. Works great and they are always available to answer your questions!

They have got pricier over the years and as such have moved my rating to 4 stars.

couldn't connect google calendar

I’m mostly pleased with the booking app. The customer service support has been very helpful and followed up to make sure my issue was solved, which it was, after quite a bit of few back-and-forth emails.

The Sesami development team is incredibly helpful when it comes to troubleshooting any issues. As someone who values prompt support, this is very important to me. However, I must note that Sesami does not offer SMS notifications for certain countries. This is a significant drawback for many businesses, as it can lead to a high number of no-show customers. Nonetheless, the Sesami team has assured me that they will work to resolve this issue. If they are successful, I will be pleased to give them a five-star rating, as this is the only feature I am currently missing.

Reasonably simple to set up.
I really like that we can designate the specific available appointment windows by hours, days and date. A much much easier interface for setting up and managing than BookThatApp, which we used for several years.

Enjoy the app, wish the free version allowed at least 2 team members.
Otherwise it is easy to use, and navigate and our clients seem to enjoy.

I love this app! Easy to use, integrates well and helps automate all scheduling. I do wish you could set up automated emails along with the initial appointment email which is why I give 4 stars not 5.

Not the most technical person so I stumbled upon a few problems/questions which were all swiftly solved by Aymane on their support team. Haven't used the app for too long but if it works as well as their customer service, then the future with Sesami seems bright!
