This app works great, helps me analyse how the customer is behaving on my store and where my funnel is lacking. By watching session videos I'm able to take corrective measures to improve conversions. Good recording app! We changed from another recording app because it terminated the service. But this app seems to be much better. Easy to use.
It also has a survey feature, good to take a small survey.
