Sharpei: Hardware‑as‑a‑Service

Sharpei's team was supportive during our non-standard leasing set up integration. The tool works well and easy to navigate. Some features we want to see were missing, but their team added them on a way and plan to develop product further.

The setup was very easy and straightforward, and everything integrated well with our Shopify store. The team has been supportive and responsive, making the whole process smooth. We’re very happy with the app and how it’s helping us manage our different plans.

Es cierto que la aplicación funciona bien y el servicio de implantación es perfecto.

Donde aparecen los problemas es cuando por las características del producto nos damos cuenta que no funciona la aplicación.

Toda la ayuda, se convierte en silencio y no te apoyan en nada.

El problema, en mi caso, es que no se adapta el método de suscripción a mi producto y los clientes no quedan satisfechos con ello.

Y el servicio que es muy bueno en la implantación, desaparece y se olvida de ayudarte para volver hacia atrás.

La palabra es decepción.

Si te funciona con tu producto, te van ayudar y el trato es exquisito.
