We rely heavily on digital advertising for driving sales, specifically Facebook Ads. Using lookalike audiences gives us the ability to target ads towards people who are similar to our customers. Though effective, our customers become just numbers. Automated marketing only leaves so much room for a human touch.

Sherlock allows us to understand our customers from a personal perspective. It helps us understand our customers interests so that we can align our branding to fit their views.

An added surprise is the ability to find our most influential customers. In our first few days using Sherlock we found a few customers who had more than 1000 Instagram followers. We included extra goodies in their order to incentivize them to post to Instagram!
