I used ShineOn since early 2018. Quality of the products, delivery times (4 days on average after base cost is paid), seller support that now has a live chat. Kudos to the whole ShineOn team for all the effort! Know that you are changing lives.

I've used ShineOn exclusively for all the jewelry items I've sold for several years now and HIGHLY recommend them if you're looking for products that consistently sell and are shipped on time. Having a location in the USA to ship from is essential and the added Amsterdam location has helped big time with arrival times for orders in the EU. Any growing pains over the years have been fixed and they actively look for feedback from sellers on what needs to be improved. I've rarely needed support, but the few times I have they have been quick to help. Simply put, ShineOn is the only jewelry POD company I fully trust to ship my gifts out on time.

We used this app for fulfilling our orders. The service is good that supporters will help you any times. We think it would be better if the box and upsell products are sold separately without the need to purchase the necklace. Lastly, the sellers need the more beneficial return/refund policy because almost the problems happen are not their fault. Thank you!
