Works really well. We have been using for over a year and it is quite reliable and does what we need it to do.
Shipbob constantly sets for feature improvement which is important. They have many locations in the US, also other countries which help for international brand to establish more markets.
There network of last mile and their affordable fulfilment are helpful to grow a brand business.

Can’t say enough good. Yes we’ve had our challenges and mess ups but i do believe they really care to improve.

Integration with Shopify is perfect. We've tried other companies and they are not even close of having such an easy and complete platform like Shipbob. I can't imagine doing business without ShipBob. I recommend them to everyone I meet in the eCommerce industry. The customer service is incredible, even though I rarely need it. I go weeks without even checking to see if everything is shipping properly as I've had so few issues. ShipBob is the best!

Integrates seamlessly with our shopify store and makes fulfilling orders to customers a much more automated process.
This integration works perfectly connecting our Shopify store to Ship Bob. We have had zero issues with it--in fact, I barely even knew it was installed since it just works in the background and I've never had to worry about it!
We really enjoy working with the ShipBob dashboard on a daily basis. For our customer service team, it's a simple way to keep track of the stage of every package (from picking, to shipping, to delivery), and to provide these details to our customers when necessary. ShipBob has also made it super simple for us to be able to file claims with carriers when we've had issues with them, and we love their carriers estimated shipping time tool (especially during peak time season). Their dashboard is easy to understand and makes changes and edits to orders simple. We've also loved working with their team, both with our team lead as well as with every customer service rep we've spoken to on the phone. Through their dashboard and analytics, we've also been able to analyze our inventory and distribution of it to our different warehouses. Overall, would highly recommend.
