ShipBob Fulfillment

We have recently moved to ShipBob and the transition has been incredibly smooth! This was definitely down to Lacey who guided us through every step and answered all of our countless queries. First impressions are that ShipBob is a well established company with great communication. So far, so good.

Been using ShipBob as our 3PL for almost a year now and they have been awesome! The app does an awesome job of keeping everything organized and easily viewable, and the team is always open to new suggestions. I look forward to continuing our growth with ShipBob!

I would say we had a rough onboarding process at the start, but it was quickly remedied by the staff at shipbob. Working with their team helped to smoothly transition us onto their site. Everything was thoroughly explained and they were typically pretty able to provide information and assist where they can. I had amazing service from Bailey, Brendan, and Aravanthin. Would definitely recommend using as a fulfillment service.
