Excellent support! There is hardly any waiting time at all. 24/7 support available. They really take the time to ensure that all is in place and working as it should. Should you experience any issues, they are just an email, or chat support away. Support are conducted over a zoom call or over the phone, whichever you prefer. Great help - support walks you through the set up personally for free on all plans. Test order seems to be working very smooth - set up straight forward and easy to see within the app how everything is connected and working. Also a helpful plus to be able to see within the app how much you were charged by Amazon for each order's fulfillment.
