The customer service Shiphero is delivery the best response. Especially Bel, very helpful on every question and ready to solve an issue with fulfillment of our customer. Impressive with the service!

After a year of dealing with FBA issues we decided to switch fulfillment centers and it has been awesome. They do a really good job with onboarding and making sure you are set up for success. Any issues that arise are addressed very quickly by actual people and their platform is easy to navigate.

So far so good! We sent some inventory into ShipHero to try their fulfillment service out. We had some specific requirements for packaging that had to be worked out, but once they were worked out, everything has gone smoothly.

Clara is absolutely wonderful and gets right back to you right away to resolve any issues that may come up, and Andrea was great in getting us set up initially. Of course, the basics need to be covered with any fulfillment service, but the great service has made me more confident in handing over a key part of our customer experience.

We will be sending more and more inventory to ShipHero as our business increases!

First onboarding experience with Shiphero was great thanks to Belen.
She was really friendly, patient, helpful and polite.
The first person i spoke to wasn't great cos it seemed like she was always in a rush, barely had time to talk during google meets, and couldn't explain slowly or clearly.
So I recommend Belen who is awesome. price is ok too for USA shipping. App / site is also user friendly.

Clara from Ship Hero is super helpful. She has been quick to respond and always walks me through exactly how to fix my issues.

As a new business and client, I needed help having all relevant features set up from my Shopify store to ShipHero’s system, and she was so friendly, courteous and understanding in walking me through all the steps of the process and answering all my questions. She did it all with so much professionalism and patience and went above and beyond to make me comfortable with the system. Really impressive service! I really appreciate it. ShipHero is an excellent partner for any e-commerce business. Update: ShipHero team continues to be very responsive and helpful with all issues that have come with the Start-up process. There are a lot of little details to learn about the App and order fulfillment process but they are a valuable partner to count on for support. Just had an issue (that ended up not being an actual problem) with an Export order and Kelsey was very helpful with her prompt support and helping me track it through the system.
