If you are still fulfilling your own products, you are an idiot. These guys are a game changer for your e-com store. I've been using for some time and couldn't be happier all around. The times i've had issues with freight carriers or returns, the customer support live chat has been great. Setup isn't too big of a hassle and is well worth it in the long run. Can't recommend enough!

Incredible experience working with Shiphero. I've never worked with 3PL, so as you can imagine, the prospects were daunting and absolutely terrifying! Shiphero made it so easy...I cannot believe we did it! (and so easy at that!) Shiphero received my product well (bent over backwards actually, stayed late during BFCM given unforeseen shipping delays on my end). The dashboard is very intuitive, ZERO learning curve and connects well with my store and team members. Maggie and Russel are so thoughtful and patient but most importantly, subject matter experts in logistics, technology and customer service. Can't thank you guys enough for all the initial and continued support and going the extra mile (it's always noticed and appreciated)

Shiphero makes our lives much easier and better! No need to worry about shipping any more as they provide the best and fast service! Website is also easy to use and whenever having questions or concerns, it's really good to contact them directly through the dashboard! Thank you all (Bel, Danielle, and Bela) for prompt response and your attention to my questions! Really appreciate your best customer service!

ShipHero is by far the best warehousing and fulfillment partners in the market today. As a small business myself, they have helped me on an individual level and was always available for any questions or issues. Kudos to Silvana from the onboarding team who helped me since the beginning!

The customer service & onboarding team are top notch – big shout out to Silvana who was beyond helpful in my not-so-simple configurations of pre-orders & rules my business required! It feels so good to finally be in a warehouse & not shipping my own packages. Thank you to a team I can trust to make it happen smoothly! Highly recommend.

ShipHero is great! After almost a year of struggling with FBA, I decided to switch fulfillment centers and I'm glad I found ShipHero. The customer service is amazing! Especially Marina is very helpful! Always responsive, supportive and there to help with any questions I have. I would definitely recommend their services and prices.
