After over a year of searching and researching to find a robust, 2.0, inventory software management tool with 3PL features I had a friend recommend Shiphero. After a brief intro call I was intrigued, after the full demo I was blown away. Now, 1 month into our full integration and the software does what it says and more.
There is a level of thoughtfulness and organization that has gone into building Shiphero for the modern e-commerce business. From the sell ahead feature to the automation of shipping methods to every single field and feature. Shiphero allows us to create the rules that will help us continue to run an efficient warehouse without hindering our Sales and Marketing efforts.
Like any robust software there are nuances and tricks one must learn, but with patience and time even these nuances were well thought out and exist for a reason.
I also wanted to acknowledge the amazing support staff. Our account rep Matt has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us as we learn the system. The customer service is hands down the most impressive I have ever experienced.
I am very happy and I have already recommended Shiphero to several of my friends in e-commerce.

ShipHero's functional features are exactly what all Ecommerce stores/shops need to run a organize and successful business. Once you are familiar with the platform and have all the functionalities tailored to your company's needs, the work flow becomes more fluid.
However, we hope to see a stronger on-boarding demo, maybe more youtube tutorial videos in the future. Setting up Shiphero is a process. It is discouraging to seek assistance and be sent a link to an article to resolve the issue. I think we can all agree that nowadays businesses run on immediate answers and solutions, this is the reality of the industry we all work in. Whether it is demanded by business customers or buying customers.
ShipHero support team has been AMAZING through the process. Not to discredit anyone on the team, but I would like to acknowledge AMANDA & MARTIN for providing great customer support. It takes TREMENDOUS PATIENCE to deal with 1000's of customers with countless questions & concerns on a day to day basis. These two have been exceptional and HOPE THEY BOTH GET RAISES!

Switching warehouse management systems is a scary proposition. Especially when you have millions in the warehouse and are going right into the busiest season. After about 6 weeks we went from signing a contract to being live. And now after only 3 weeks on the platform we are already saving time and money.
We are very happy with our transition to Shiphero from Shipstation. Our onboarding contact was very helpful and the go-live process is communicated with clear expectations. Shiphero has improved our warehouse speed and efficiency. BFCM went a lot more smoothly this year. Only downside so far is the lack of customer support after onboarding. We are on the "essential" that plan doesn't include an account specialist. Customer support isn't extremely helpful and the form to submit a ticket through our dashboard doesn't work.

ShipHero has literally changed our business as a full-service 3PL (GrowthJet.com). The software is incredibly intuitive to use, the iPad app for picking has reduced our labor workload significantly, and there's even a surprisingly large amount of data/analytics you can get out of it. I can't recommend ShipHero enough to anyone looking for fulfillment software. Matt and Danielle at ShipHero have been incredibly responsive and helpful with troubleshooting. Thanks again!!
Okay system - Not the best because that it has to many small errors. The support is crazy bad. Long delay on reply to my mails and sometime we don't get any feedback on our e-mails.

ShipHero is the best shipping software to manage your warehouse, hands down. We reviewed a bunch, and these guys personally onboarded us with calls every single day until our entire team was fully trained.

When we moved away from our 3PL the first thing we looked for was a software that can manage inventory and also had printer and scanning capabilities, reporting and so much more.
The ShipHero team literally flew out to Toronto to meet us and train us live. I've never seen an app company go above and beyond like that. Super impressed and highly recommend.
Late December I contact 3 warehouse manager software Ship Hero, SKU Vault, and Finale Inventory. I spent 15 hours meeting with the 3 companies and meeting with 2 3PL one worked with Ship Hero the other with Sku Vault. By far Ship Hero is the best option for Shopify merchants. It's almost like it was build for it. We had to leave the 3PL that we were using within weeks and setup a 4000sq. warehouse. Reasons for leaving:
1. 3PL had 1.5%-3% order error in peak months. 2. picker and packer were not efficient.
3. Inventory was never correct.
4. Shipping Amazon orders took too long
5. No API integration with Shopify Plus. The solution: Ship Hero
1. Error margin 0.01%
2. picker and packer positions cut in half
3. inventory is accurate 99%
4. Integration with Amazon
5. Ship Hero and Shopify Plus connect in minutes. If it wasn't for Ship Hero and Yosef Haas we wouldn't have been able to setup a warehouse in weeks. They advised us in all purchases from Racks to Scanners.
During the learning phase (3 weeks) we meet with Ship Hero almost everyday. Onboarding team is extremely knowledgable and responsive. They don't let you struggle through setup mode which is already hard as it is. I couldn't be any happier or more satisfied with their software. Thanks Yosef PS. If Ship Hero didn't exist I would never want to own a warehouse.
Amazing app, not the easiest to set up but if your tech-savvy and are willing to spend some time diving in this software is amazing. ONLY issue si have that really bugs me is the support is trash, emails only and takes 24 hours to get help when sometimes i need assistance on something immediately, figure you have customers paying 1k a month or more and they only have emails? Also the reps don't even read your questions properly but just answer what they assume your asking and this results in them answering something you didn't ask, thus more wasted support time for a solution.
