transitioning to a warehouse from in house fulfillment was a really huge step for my business. searched for a long time to find the right fulfillment center that checked all the boxes for Wild Woods.
initially it was a huge learning curve for me - im not very tech savvy so some of the onboarding process was challenging for me to understand.
luckily I was able to contact a shipmonk team member very easily every time I would call in. they answered all of my questions, screen-shared with me, & walked me through certain processes I didnt full understand.
recently we have decided to sell on amazon, and I was worried it was going to be a really difficult process to have our invnentory split between shipmonk and FBA but after speaking with customer service at shipmonk they explained everything and the process is really quite easy. shipmonk is familiar with amazons receiving guidelines and all I have to do is submit an order and add to the notes that its going to an amazon warehouse and they literally take care of the rest. I am really impressed!!
matthew scherer has helped me immensley, he is very in depth when explaining things- always gets back to me right away with email and has just been a blessing in helping me anytime I have needed it! amanda jones, & sarah box have also been a huge help in various requests I have called in about.
I am really happy with our choice to go with shipmonk. now that I understand the system on a better level, everything is easier and more fluid.
Our onboarding rep, David Lowthorp, went above and beyond for us. During a chaotic time for our company - my first time using a 3PL and also our company getting ready to launch - David made sure everything on the Shipmonk side of things was seamless...he actually made it fun! I was a bit daunted by the process, but having him walk me through it, at times, step-by-step, and at all hours of the day, made things incredibly manageable and made me confident in my ability to manage future inventory deliveries and confident in our companies ability to provide a swift delivery and excellent experience to our customers. I couldn't be happier with the onboarding experience at Shipmonk, and specifically, David. If it's any indication of whats to come I know we are in excellent hands and made the right choice with this 3PL. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends and colleagues in need of one.
Everything about them is amazing! From my first sales call, to every onboarding call since, Shipmonk has been the most seamless and comforting aspect of my journey in e-commerce. They are kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable, and they always put me at ease. I always look forward to calls with Shipmonk reps (Shoutout to Pascalle and Charli) because I know they'll always be able to help me get my stuff sorted out especially when it seems a bit overwhelming. Can't recommend them enough!
My Etsy small business has been integrated with ShipMonk about three months ago and I have had nothing but a great experience. The onboarding process was complicated but thanks to the Onboarding Associate Katie Foss who is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional it went smoothly as well as shipping and ordering since then. Katie was very helpful with pricing and rates when it came to loading inventory on initial shipments.
I integrated my Shopify store just a day ago. The integration team, especially WILLIAM BIELEFELD was very helpful with a very quick response time, careful explanations, and guidance.

Honestly the transition to a 3PL was not easy nor quick. However since we found Shipmonk we felt confident Shipmonk could take us to the next level as far as of fulfillment and storage.
Our Happiness Engineer is amazing, she's trustworthy, she assist us with any issues that may arise. I'm happy to say the communication we have developed is hard to find.
In the beginning we would meet weekly until we got the hang of things, then monthly to now only if needed.
Their SOPs are within regular expectations, nothing crazy or out of this world.
I would definitely recommend using their services, I do recommend to do some research and ask as many questions, so there are no unmet expectations or surprises.
Shipmonk customer service is second to none. With no previous experience in logistics I was a little concerned with how the process may turn out, but their customer service have had prompt answers to any concerns. The onboarding process begins with a comprehensive overview of ShipMonk's services and features. This is followed by a series of hands-on workshops where you learn how to use ShipMonk's software platform to manage your inventory, process orders, and ship products to your customers.
I found the workshops to be very informative and helpful. The ShipMonk team was always available to answer my questions, and they were patient and understanding when I didn't understand something.
After researching many different 3PL providers, I decided to go with ShipMonk for my order fulfillment. From the beginning, they have always been extremely easy to work with and attentive. Their customer service has been top notch and I am really impressed by their technology platform and how it easily connects with my Shopify Store. Their facilities are great and the robots are very cool to see in person! Highly recommend ShipMonk as your 3PL provider.
I now have 2 accounts with Shipmonk and they have been great overall! Just opened my 2nd account with them and Joan in the onboarding team was exemplary! She really went above and beyond to get our store live quickly as we immediately had several orders that had to be fulfilled quickly! Enzo also jumped in and was great but Joan really stuck with us and made sure we could get set up fast!
