Extremely fast service. I required some zones to be duplicated and it was done very very fast. I thought i'd be speaking to an AI bot. Nope, within 20 seconds on the online chat support I was speaking to a real person.

Perfect solution for postcode shipping. The set up is clear, many options and support is very helpful understanding the app and solving issues.
First and foremost, this is one of the few apps that can display shipping fees on the product page. Additionally, the backend settings are very diverse and flexible, making it suitable for various situations to add surcharges. What surprised me the most is that every time I inquired online, there were real people responding, not robots. They resolved issues swiftly, and there were staff available even on Saturdays. I believe this app is very well designed and the tutorials are very detailed.

This app has a lot of great functionality and the support team is fantastic. I didn't have time to figure out how to set it up myself and they stepped in and quickly understood my requirements (which were plentiful), and skillfully adapted the code to meet all my requirements.
