Shipping calculator: ShipMagic

The application solved our problem of having too many shipping conditions. It was easy to set it up. Also, there wasn't a particular feature at the time of installation, but Speedy Squirrel team took our suggestion and implemented it within a week. Excellent support and responsiveness. We would recommend it to anyone with many complex shipping rules.

I've tried other shipping rate apps and this one works just a good, if not better than all the others. More importantly, Aditya Malani, provides hero level, super human, support. He had me set up and running within 15 minutes. All I had to do was install the app and grant him collaborator access. He took care of the rest after learning my set up needs. I couldn't be happier with the service.

UPDATE 9-7-2023:
I needed to take a minute to inform you all of just how great this app is and how great the service it. I had a unique request for a shipping rate rule. The app wasn't able to handle that request the way it was currently configured. Rather than telling me it wasn't possible, Aditya Malani, once again provided hero level support. In less than 12 hours, he added code to the app that allowed it to integrate the request I had into the system. Everything is working perfectly and fully meets our specific needs. If you are looking a shipping app, look no further. This is the one you need to install and run. From what I've seen, you will not be disappointed. Hero level! Thank you Shipmagic!

I wish I could give this app more than 5 stars because it absolutely deserves it. I am genuinely astounded by the team's exceptional expertise, dedication, and lightning-fast solution delivery. When the app couldn't initially accommodate my specific needs, they managed to craft a tailor-made solution in just one day. Furthermore, their responsiveness in addressing all of my inquiries promptly and succinctly has been nothing short of impressive. This app has truly set the gold standard for both its solution quality and customer service.

After spending thousands on developers to custom generate a solution for mixed carts (containing in-stock/preorder) with multiple shipping rates and complicated logic — Aditya replied on a Shopify forum where I was desperate for a solution. He delivered more than I could have ever asked for.

This app is incredible, and the service behind it is top-notch. Our scenario has been so complicated it took developers months to build an unstable solution, but it took Aditya less than 24 hours to create a custom solution through this application. ShipMagic is a great app and their customer service is exceptional, they went out of their way to help me even with some unrelated issues related to Shopify shipping.

The app is simple and easy to set up. Customer support was there when i needed it and was very responsive.

Fancy that a Free app and all you have to do is use Shopify's most expensive plans which are no value at all

Installing the application is really simple and solves a real problem for customers! I really recommend it if you have several products with different delivery charges :)
