Janani has been fantastic , she has helped us set our rates up via zoom call and explained everything in depth. Janani made sure all my expectations were met and i have been blown away by the quality and value.

Needed some help to set up the app for my scenarios. Booked a Zoom chat and was helped by Janani. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She set up my custom shipping scenarios, and we tested the rates together. Absolutely amazing service and a great app. So glad that I found it.

I am currently testing this App to determine if we want to implement it in our store. Vignesh was incredibly helpful in providing me directions in how to install/setup the App. Later he provided additional help via chat to guide me in how I could test various shipping rates. I would still be scratching my head without his help.

WOW! This Shopify App is AMAZING! Nithish spent 2 hours helping us setup the shipping rates. If you have a complex shipping need then I throughly recommend this app! We are based in the UK and our couriers divide the country up into 8 zones and we have products that range from a Certificate to several tonne machine so the shipping rates have to be correct. Thanks SO much for all your help Nithish

Vignesh was very patient and helpful. There was some confusion about different item types but he let me take as much time as I needed.

I don't feel the rates were explained clearly. At first, he said "you won't pay the extra $20/month if you change your Shopify plan". But then, he didn't make it clear that when I activated Logbase, I would need to then pay a different $20/month.

Vignesh was so helpful. He was kind and polite, and made sure all my scenarios were as they should be, and there were a lot. First contact with customer service, and was very pleased. Felt like I choose the right app for my needs.

Thanks Rahul for the support. It is a bit complicated to get the tool runnung, but I think with th egood support , we will have a solid solution for the future. Thanks.
