siva- very helpful - fixed all issues in a timely manor. great service. the app was able to let me specify rates by postcode - which is very helpful for the UK.

This app is by far one of the best-configured apps for shipping rates. I did have to reach out to support on the initial setup. By doing so, I was able to see how fast support responds. Siva assisted me and went above and beyond! He was very knowledgeable and took time ensuring that the settings were correct without waisting any time. Awesome customer support and app. Has tons and tons of customization when it comes to setting up different shipping rules. My store has a lot of different conditional logic when it comes to shipping costs and this app could make it exactly how I wanted it. They even offer a free setup zoom call. 10/10.
