I am very happy with the app. I highly recommend it! I had difficulties to make and combine the scenarios alone but the support spend many hours with me helping me set up correctly everything.

Smart and useful App with a great customer support. But also very confusing and requires a lot of time to understand, perhaps due to imperfect language. Also needs a lot of improvment with UI and UX which is pretty unpleasant. Price performance ratio is amazing tho. Update 2022: Fantastic, useful and efficient app. Customer service from Siva is excellent.

Dhana has been extremely helpful this morning on several fairly complex requirements I had for my store shipping options. I was not sure how to begin trying to get these to work but now our customers shipping options will be clearly shown at checkout with tiered pricing levels which will allow us to ship to new areas, thus increasing orders. We sell products that are very different weights and sizes. Adding the Shipeasy app has allowed us to streamline our previously complicated shipping system. Before Shipeasy, our customers were charged shipping per item because we had so many different conditions and combinations. Now, we have been able to set maximum rates and cater for all shopping cart combinations. After my 1-1 tutorial with the team I was able to set everything up. Before we went live, Siddarth helped me troubleshoot a few issues arising from our previous shipping process in no time. Couldn't be happier with the app.

We have a complex setup for varied rates on an ecom furniture store. With the help of Rahul this app does calculate in the way we need it to work. They are pretty quick to jump in and help if things do go wrong or we just need help.
