The support via Zoom sessions is a great mutual win. If you can also implement the suggestion regarding the shipping rate per vendor it is going to improve the customer decision when buying -> the shipping costs will become more transparent.

Excellent support from the app development team when we needed to get the Shopify Shipping API enabled allowing us to set custom shipping rates for our products by postal code.
